Wifi ticket request troubleshooting
If you are having trouble simply accessing the form please take a look at : I Have a PC how do I connect to a PAMS WiFi hotspot? or I have a Mac how do I connect to a PAMS WiFi hotspot?
If you are connected to the hotspot but cannot use the internet because you cannot get a ticket from the wifi access request form (http://pmis.sfrent.net/wifi_requests/new) this might be why:
The main reason you might not be able to get an internet ticket is:
- The name you submitted cannot be found in our lease database for the particular bludilding unit combination.
- The email, phone or lease start date does not match with the lease information the property management partner has.
- You may be considered an unauthorized occupant.
Note: ONLY tenants who currently have leases with our property management partners can receive wifi access tickets. - It is also possible that you cannot get a ticket because the information we have about you is not current. If you feel this is the case please submit a support request.
